He cant. Covid’s mutated into 30+ strains. There’s no cure/vaccine. More people get sick/die. Isolating orders resume indefinitely. More businesses close. Commerce shuts down. We’re facing a financial collapse worse than the Great Depression & arent on track to change protocol.
