This excuse is ridiculous on its face. All campaigns were impacted similarly in caucus locations that were chaotic. And there is no evidence (even anecdotal) that I'm aware of that Sanders' backers "pulled antics" to make the caucuses more chaotic for the Biden precinct captains.
“So we have intensified our precinct captain training for the Nevada caucus. We also have increased our legal presence." Code for voter supression. Biden's campaign doesn't like young people participating in democracy.
