I absolutely agree that media has a fatal attraction to Trump. But this event on the balcony was news. The man is clearly sick, and clearly mentally broken. We needed to see that. Far more culpable, however, is Fox "News" who created his base. They promoted him relentlessly.
It could have been covered at the beginning and end of the broadcast. But devoting the entire half hour to watch marine one fly to the White House was excessive. The entire broadcast. Produced by and starring the President.

Each one is afraid the others are covering it and they will be left out of the viewership. These are businesses but the sooner we start doing things more often because it's the right thing to do, the better off we'll be.

AMEN!!!! I’ve said this from the beginning. This can’t be true! It was all so carefully staged! We only saw him with a crisp white shirt without a tie and no jacket. Why? He probably never wore a hospital gown. Then at the WH on the 2nd fl balcony taking off his mask saluting??

"Produced" means nothing more than "arranged" -- so yeah, Trump arranged to fly back to WH at a time that would make the news, then stood up and gave an interesting and short presentation.

I agree. News media should cover it as briefly as they can for those that want/need to know, but don't make it more newsworthy than it is.
