Q: If the only focus of the grand jury is the now cancelled audit commissioned of the RIConvCenter, why subpoena the top executives of the RICCA who were NOT party to his conversations with union lobbyist Paul MacDonald? Is there a broader focus? A look at the RICCA?

House spox says "the earlier reference to black mold was a description of its color under a wet floor mat, but not a reference to Stachybotrys chartarum, a type of mold often blamed for health problems."

Wow. Credit to @jgrybowksi for finding what may be nub of the RIConventionCenter audit story beyond the drip-drip-drip of daily leaks about who RISP is interviewing re: ConvCenter request for probe of ’s “motivations.”

Their defense is laughable. None of our votes are hidden - I campaigned on this issue! If they just wanted to do a PSA, they didn’t have to say we couldn’t be godparents or receive communion. No one has a problem with their votes on the record.
