I hope this is cut down and the VA legislature passes HB759 to strengthen anti-slapp laws. Peter Theil (IMO the money behind these suits) must be freaking out, how will he end people's 1stA rights?!
The new law won't affect existing suits and doesn't go into effect until July 1st.

Summary judgment arguments come after jurisdictional ones. First gotta determine where the case should be heard.
