fwiw, I think most of these are real accounts (vs bots or coordinated fake accounts). my guess is an email with "here's a sample tweet" went out, or this text was offered as an automated "social share" option by the campaign:https://driversforflexibilityca.com/social-share/

And cota_cota230 is interesting. 1st tweeted in June '14 to tweep "hiddencash" (apparently an "app") in an attempt to win money. Gap from Jun '14 to Mar '20 (again to hiddencash.) Then links to http://protectdriversandservices.com & http://driversforflexibilityca.com . Inauthentic.
