Like plaintiffs were running out of money, the idea of a payday from google was looking slim, and these guys really didnt have much notoriety in the alt-right to sustain any momentum. They were prob advised to take the crumbs that were offered

I doubt he got much, if anything. When the National Labor Board found against him I think his chances of winning anything in court became approximately zero, and in front of a Silicon Valley jury they were never much above that.
