If they were in preliminary discussions about forming a union the retaliation might be illegal. (hint)

Good point. Maybe when the articles actually start to impact amazon share price negatively perhaps. So far doesn't seem like Bezos gives a damn.
Wow. I published a long, in-depth @TechCrunch interview with @marencosta last summer. I found her to be brilliant, passionate, and incredibly dedicated to ethics -- and to Amazon.
