I think Apple in particular has in-house health programs and facilities for both employees and product development purposes. Though, your guess is as good as mine.

N95 masks and P100 masks are standard for use when fabricating, painting, cutting, sanding etc... The
@intel "bunny suit" is a clean suit for when making microprocessers. If engineers are doing fabrication or prototypes in house it makes sense to have sterilization resources. - 2 weitere Antworten

Also regarding the "toilet paper hoarding" it's not hoarding, it's that people aren't using work bathrooms and need to stock their homes more because workplaces didn't give out their toilet paper when they sent folks home. The industrial supply chain doesn't reach consumers.
