I'm not familiar with the ins and outs of unemployment in NY, but if it's similar to California, this may make it easier for drivers to file for unemployment after the outbreak fades and these delivery jobs go away.

Have to applaud the creative thinking... NY is going after this with everything they have. Maybe in a way that no other state could. There’s a lot of perseverance there and it’s diverse and full of immigrants and exquisitely what America aspires to be.
