    Pick. Up. The. Phone. If you just email or even text you are faceless, easy to ignore and sending a message you don’t care as much as the people who are calling. Also, reporting is a people business and if you are behind your screen all the time you will miss things.

    Asked a source if RBG would be the first woman to lie in state at the Capitol “No of course not,” this person said quickly And it had not initially even occurred to me to ask the question. Surely there had been women to receive this honor before. Nope. RBG is the first.
