This is embarrassing. Google's knowledge graph draws data from various source, so I checked for the change that put Omar Kadh under "Canadian soldier." Changes from a Russian account a month ago.
TL;DR Andrew Scheer was manipulated by a Russian troll.

If new Electoral Officer is anything like Mark Mayrand, don't count on impartiality. Mayrand was so pro-Lib it was sickening. Gave Assembly of 1st Nations a million dollar UNTENDERED contract to get their 'youth to vote'. AFN was openly, vocally anti-Harper!
