As someone who's gonna be doing this in their own game, save system with various things tracked: How do?

I had 3 save files- each containing a single, long Buffer. The game cycles through each of the save buffers when the load screen loads. It stores data from each buffer in a control object, then moves on to the next buffer. After that, I simply draw data from the control object
