    My friend is car camping right now and has been sending me bird photos, a real blessing. Today she reached out about whether she was seeing a crow vs. a raven and I made a v professional infographic!

    A 2x2 matrix where a short-haired Nicolas Cage in a suit is paired with a photo of an American crow, which typically has shorter, smooth neck feathers.     We are here!!! The house is amazing, and I think I am most excited about the kitchen. So much space! And a gas stove!!!

    ...but now I'm preparing for my second move of this year, still in a pandemic, and watching the evacuation warning areas creep closer to the home we are supposed to move into this weekend. Really hoping we don't have to evacuate it before we've even moved in.

    I thought that after my move earlier this year (mid-March, my partner at the last minute unable to help, racing the clock when I didn't know if interstate borders would shut down and I'd be stuck in WA without a place to live) every future move would seem like a piece of cake...
