Malcolm X was neither a Democrat or a Republican. He always said that blacks should register as independent. Plenty of videos on YouTube of him saying this. He didn't trust either party.
My eyes are now wide open and now realize I’ve been used to spread messages I don’t believe in. I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative !!!

I’m registered as an independent myself but it’s crucial we vote for one of the two main parties. The Electoral College will never allow for an outlier to win the presidential election. A vote for any 3rd party is essentially a vote wasted

Malcolm X made this statement in 1964 after the Johnson/Goldwater election and was assassinated in 1965, not "two days after."
