        憲法で保障された納税者の「知る権利」が消滅した日本で山口二郎氏科研費「税金・公金・血税」の使途を論じることがいかにむなしいか「税金は強制的に徴収するが」「納税者はその使途には口を出すな」という事なでしょうか。勤労意欲、納税意欲を喪失した納税者のもとこの国に発展はあるでしょうか。
