As much as I like Purism's efforts on ARM and x86, it would be much more reassuring to have voting system built with
#RISCV,#OpenSPARC, or#OpenPOWER hardware. -
Which is understandable. No reason why they couldn't use something like OpenPower HW 4 a voting system given voting system size, bt I doubt u'd find that kind of HW for a phone factor. Mainly mentioned them because they have xp with OSH channels or otherwise neutering proprietary

Sure, but an even bigger win for democracy would be if there where only paper based voting systems.
