The suit wants the court to declare Philly BOE in violation & "to allow representatives of the Campaign to enter and remain in the satellite election offices to serve as a watchers...."

Trump folks were removed from satellite offices because they were not authorized to be there as Philly has not distributed poll watcher certificates. I'm told county issues poll watcher certificates closer to Election Day because it's a complicated legal process to replace them.

The satellite offices are new and established to assist in voting during the pandemic. And so, I'm guessing this lawsuit will push county to issue poll watcher certificates earlier so people can stalk the offices.
