Thanks for reaching out. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app updates after restarting the device to see if that makes any difference? Let us know how it goes.

We'd like to understand this better. Can you share what happens when you try and switch accounts? Are you seeing an error message? A screenshot would be of help. Keep us posted.

This is a problem with my application because on my PC all my accounts works...
