Around 40% or 30% of the amount due monthly comes from the person who’s living in the apartment and the government picks up the rest of that amount due that way it’s more affordable to the person in need to pay for their living expenses like food, electricity & gas, phone bills

Make sure they’re able to afford the home they’ll be in with the amount they receive monthly... no balloon payments due at the end of 5 years no surprises... they’ll need to afford to own the home they’re going to be in... you might just be offering them a place to rent from oops
