What about the student who is independent of their parents, has over 5000.00 in income (or more ) in 2019 but can’t work during the school year because their program is so demanding Why should they not qualify if their job has been put on hold

Sir how do students get eligible who came in 2020 and have lost job due to covid 2020? One of the eligibility criteria says "Who had income of at least $5,000 in 2019 or in the 12 months prior to the date of their application"
