"available to first-time homebuyers with qualified annual incomes of $120,000". A single-income family earning $120k per year cannot afford to buy a townhouse in Vancouver. This particular limit makes this program effectively useless to a home buyer in Vancouver, like myself.

So normally an increase in inequity over a several-year period of ownership allows the the buyer to use that Equity to purchase another home down the road. This program however requires that the equity earned be shared and given to the government not fait!
