This bill just creates a "national advisory council on poverty", and says the govt "aspires" to a target of "50% below the level of poverty in 2015 by 2030". How can you call this a bill "that would reduce poverty by 50% by 2030" and consider that an honest description? Other parties are no better, but how did party-line half truths, obfuscations and lies become the standard for politics in Canada? Do you sleep ok lying like this?
