The #NationalHousingStrategy was announced on Nov 22nd so a project of that scale goes back 2-3 years minimum, I’m not sure that linking it to the NHS is appropriate. Are 20% of those units even #accessible?

Sounds like we are shifting middle class downward.. I feel like the middle class should already be able to afford rental condos, and would maybe need help transitioning to owning single family homes

They are doing affordable housing for poor too, for families like mine, not poor, not well off, places like victoria would be out of reach, if we hadn't gotten military housing. Some markets out of reach for even lower middle class
