on my really crap internet, where for sure it should take like 3 secs to load again, somehow the website magically seems to respond instantly, and the report api request happens magically at the speed of light on a satellite connection, bit fishy
if they are actually registering it, I don't know if the algorithm is able to recognise just how important a not interested rating is, which could be why it looks like it does nothing.
