I student taught in this district in 1992 - not much has changed - its located on the edge of the all white northern 1/2 of the state. Dry county, all Baptist, pre civil rights era-ish

do ppl voluntarily live in AR?!?! It's a terrible state to even drive thru. -
These kids didn’t choose to live there. They were either born there or brought there by their parents. Within a few years they’ll have a choice: either move out of that horrible place, or continue fighting to make it better. I could respect either choice.
