    The best school administrators I’ve worked with are calm, (no constant fire drills), take time to ‘check in’ with people, ask good questions, believe in second chances, avoid overuse of ‘I’, always offer help & support, & know serving is the most important part of their job.

    In the past 24 hours I've let my neighbor borrow my chainsaw, held a door at the store for a stranger, texted a friend & let them know they're awesome, helped a colleague with a project, and told my family I love them. A lot of small things can really add up.
