A very common trap in mindfulness is where a practitioner makes their practice and search for happiness their new game, their new struggle. It just becomes another “Finally I will be happy if I do X” - another game that seems to fill the void until illusion broken

Justin these are great. I restarted journaling this year (I used to journal most days as a child). I added meditation to mornings. Working on diet and exercise (I love running distance but stopped after a marathon). Redefined my identity to more than my job. Never been happier.

@justinkan thanks for sharing. I would add therapy to this list. Still too much of a tabboo around having a professional therapist and such a healthy long term tactic - especially for founders. Important to seek a therapist that understands the founder struggle. -
