Maybe he moved to So.Fla to be close to Cuba. Russia had some 200 agents working in the states on election 2016 & recently flew some to Cuba

And remember tRump's last minute change of plans, going to Wisconsin, etc... He absolutely had data.

I remember telling my husband at the time that something was up. Trump went from being dispirited to energized & suddenly going to WI & MI.
