@TeamYouTube We've had trouble logging into our YouTube account for over a year now. We have the login and password but don't have access to the 2 factor auth. It was backed up on a former employees personal email. We need help accessing the account please!
I worked my way through that account help site, but the problem we have is that when we log in and use the password, it prompts that we are signing in on a new device and need to get the authorization code. it is sending it to a pages.plusgoogle location that doesn't exist. help?

Hmm, have you tried using different device? Also, mind sharing of the screenshot of what you see while login into your account? Keep us posted.

We have tried on many different platforms and devices with no luck. I have attached the screenshot. When we send the verification code it is going to a email that doesn't exist. We have gone through old email accounts as well to see if it went there with no luck. We are so close!pic.twitter.com/B4Qv7UgqIr
