Think she's trying to say that hospital admission procedures identified 223 known cases via screening, but that not all of them were admitted for, or died from, COVID or resulting complications. That said, if she can't express herself coherently, she should read aloud from notes.

So if you died of a heart attack but had Covid they counted it as a Covid death but if you died of a heart attack after Covid vaccine it’s NOT a death related to vaccine? How many “Covid” listed deaths would be affected if they applied this same measure to current covid deaths?
