Fair enough. What DID you do to prevent his appointment? "advice and consent"... Constitution is powerless unless used 100%, so, powerless

You need to start supporting
@POTUS or become the Democrat you really are. -
His allegiance should be to the American people, not POTUS.
-
He's a Palestinian so that's where his allegiance lies.
-
No, he's of Syrian descent, not Palestinian. Also, he's is also a born and raised, and still devout, Eastern Orthodox Christian.

That's not "a" government. That's local and state governments in action. The ones you guys keep claiming to want to give more power to.
-
No it's not in this case. This about "adoptive" siezures. This allows police to circumvent state laws by involving the Feds.
-
Police are local law enforcement, hence part of local government. Please hang up and dial again.
-
Federal law supersedes state law. Using federal laws, local enforcement can seize money and essentially keep it indefinitely.
-
It's stealing from you to pad their budgets and get cool toys.
-
Who's doing the seizing again? Oh, right. You would think that state and local governments wouldn't do that, if they're so liberty oriented
-
Who said they're liberty oriented? Governments love ignorance and blind allegiance. It's easier to control and steal from the population

I would have said Nixon or even before.
