Why have boarders, homeland security, check points if everyone in the world is protected by our constitution.

Everyone is protected within our borders. Also the longstanding (& widely held) view of the Supreme Court, including conservative justices.

So the government and the constitution in your words can't protect us from an invasion. Everyone is to be protected except Americans.

Not true. Government must protect us while complying with Constitution. Everyone gets due process. Federal govt can't commandeer state govt.

Those things are all in violation of our GOD given rights. Founding fathers didn't make upbraided constitution to protect England.
