What was unconstitutional about Kate's law? Was Kate in violation of the law or was the illegal? How are sanctuary cities legal?
-
Just so I'm clear, illegals don't have rights under our constitution. I find it hard to believe Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, Ben Sasse, ect are wrong
-
Don't know what they've said, but Constitution protects everyone in U.S. Read it. A few provisions apply only to citizens (e.g., voting).
-
Text of Constitution is consistent with Founders' beliefs that individual rights are inherent & unalienable. Come from God, not government.
-
NOT for non citizens or aliens....u dont just get to flop onto our shores & get protected
-
Reference the relevant passages of the US Constitution please
