Repealing EHB, w/out making other substantial changes, would make the bill worse, not better. It would hurt the sickest people on exchanges.

My concern is your premise. Why not just a full repeal as promised? Why not a simple provision to grandfather ppl right now.

I support full repeal. I'm pointing out that they can make the system worse by repealing only certain parts.

It should be decided by the states. They have high risk pools.
