All countries or all Muslim majority countries refuges restricted? Very confusing. What to call EO that describes what it does?

Based on your understanding of EO and law, what part of this is legal / illegal?

On its face, the most obvious problem is the nationality ban on immigrants. In application, there may be other legal problems.

Thanks so much for the response! Is nationality ban on non-immigrants illegal as well?

I appreciate your clarification. Is the process for asylum seekers impacted? If so, only for the seven countries, or all?

May impact asylees from those seven countries. Nothing on point, but it's plausible to interpret the executive order this way.
