How is this "good?" The president already has the authority to deregulate as he sees fit. This is pure laziness.
-
I just released an executive order to my family: for each purchase at the mall, we must return two items we already purchased
-
never mind that we already have full control over what we do with our own budget - gimmicky orders are en vogue!

Good? This is stupid. Regs should be made or revoked based on their merits, not to fulfill arbitrary gimmicky campaign promise.

You can believe we are, in general, overregulated and still think this is a wee bit simplistic.

Dear god. Even the smart republicans think that arbitrary cuts to regulations is a smart way to deregulate.

why do you think it's good congressman? I agree we could do w less regs, but this 2-for-1 garbage isn't how we should govern.

@CNBC No, actually, not good. More arbitrary action that is impossible to enforce that will lead to more chaos.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

fairly flat omission of the issue here: WHO gets to choose WHICH regs are revoked. Way more capacity for long term damage.

@CNBC Good? It's completely arbitrary. Target obsolete/onerous regulations, not the quantity thereof.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
