competition models for labor markets. Economists do not back these views, nor does the literature.

(Mainly because I think gov't plays an important role in maintaining a free market. Free-flow capitalism = monopolies.)

what about natural monopolies? Even in freemarket high barriers to entry et al can naturally reduce competition
