No new legislation necessary. Under 4A, search/seizure is unreasonable without probable cause/warrant. Assault/battery still apply.

No. My focus has been on protecting civil liberties. The answer is usually not more laws but rather enforcement of existing laws.

No, I hold town halls in all parts of the district, and they are open to the public and unscreened.
