.@justinamash As my representative, what are you doing to prevent potential terrorists from getting guns?
-
-
.
@justinamash I never said potential should be punished. The current system is very easy to exploit. What are you doing to improve it? -
Gun ownership is a right, not a privilege, so it can’t really be “exploited.” The const. would have to change.
-
Voting is a right, but it's still subject to reasonable regulation to ensure that it's not abused.
-
I get where you’re coming from, but voting regs are aimed at preventing fraud, not how people exercise rights.
-
Preserving life comes before preventing fraud. What good are voting rights when you're dead?

@justinamash I'm not suggesting expanding no-fly list. I get the problem with lack of due process. I want your ideas to make it better.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

We don't punish pre-crime here. Yet. Thank u Justin!
#Randgirls#TeamLiberty -
I never suggested that, Rand Girls. But Justin's evasion of my question seems to be working pretty well.
-
You said "potential" terrorists. Do tell how that's not punishment of thought or pre-crime? Justin did not evade.
@justinamash -
I never said punish. I dont want people to be killed in mass shootings. My rep should have a plan to address that
-
Sure the plan is to make sure we have our
#2A rights to protect ourselves. Why must gov do it again?@justinamash -
There are over 300,000,000 privately owned guns in US. At what saturation point do mass shootings get thwarted?
-
when was the last time you heard about a mass shooting being thwarted by ccw? Not the narrative.

if you believe a minor delay in procuring a lethal weapon is “punishment” we’re screwed.
-
how are we screwed? You realize the flaws of these lists, right?
-
Yeah, they’re hugely flawed. I’m just saying if the worst that can happen is an otherwise innocent person is delayed in…
-
not delayed. Not able at all. It's nearly impossible to get off these lists. Huge violation of your rights.
