If you're one of the few contractors affected, then you develop policies, just as you do with religion, national origin, etc.

Which policies count as discrimination? How does RoL decide? And you didn't answer my questions. Pls define the terms.

How do we define religion? How do we define race? Unfortunately, we have an imperfect system requiring subjective judgments.

All religions and all races are covered. Are all 50ish sexual orientations and gender identities covered?

Religion/race don't raise Qs about bathrooms and pronouns. SOGI is different. Can you acknowledge that?

That's not correct with respect to religion. And national origin raises cultural issues. This problem goes back decades.

My parents are from the Middle East, where they were the Christian minority. Many religions prohibit use of same facilities.

We're talking about the use of *the other* facilities. Bio males in women's room. You voted for that.

You/others are oversimplifying issues related to nondiscrimination policies generally to justify one form of discrimination.
