With respect sir, it would really be helpful if you could point out even one argument you're vaguely rebutting.https://twitter.com/justinamash/status/718167568998146048 …

@JosiahVPopp #4thAmendment accounts for 3rd parties. That's why it doesn't end after "persons, houses." It's neutral re storage & transport.

@justinamash in addition, does it not stand that one loses an expectation of privacy when a secret is divulged? (Re: my analysis on the 5th)

@JosiahVPopp Privacy doesn't work that way; not all or nothing. #4thAmendment is about reasonableness/prob cause/warrant, not expectations.

@justinamash that's precisely why discuss "reasonableness" in depth. In your view, is "reasonableness" meant to be objective or subjective?

@JosiahVPopp In #4thAmendment, reasonableness derives from probable cause and warrant requirement.

@justinamash so in your view, "reasonableness" refers to how "reasonable" the warrant request is? B/c jurisprudence says otherwise.

@justinamash it isn't all or nothing? 0_o so is there a scenario in which we have a 30% right to privacy for instance?

@JosiahVPopp No, privacy is not all or nothing. Sharing items with one person is not sharing with everyone. This is a basic concept of life.
