      I can't support proposed CR. It's a #StealthDebtLimitHike; it exempts interest from debt limit, effectively raising debt limit permanently.

          @bmadden12 @repjustinamash if that's the issue, then just cut spending. right now, USFG is legally obligated to spend a certain amount.
