And here all these years I thought you were Syrian.

You do realize trump has taken in the lowest amount of Christian refugees ever. For a man who pretends to love Christians he sure doesn’t mind sentencing them to their deaths.
#fakeChristians. -
He doesn’t support Trump’s immigration policy
-
Good. I just wish he would speak up about it and save some lives. He could get a group together and rally for an increase in refugees from war zones. We are doing what we did to Jewish families fleeing nazis In World War Two. And that’s awful.hope it changes.
-
Lol, he has. A bunch.
-
I stand corrected if that is true. I think the politicians that actually have humanity get challenged more than the ones that don’t. Cause at least you know they have some humanity and care. Some truly are a lost cause and only care about money not people
-
He has stood up. What he needs is more in his party to stand with him and against these policies. It takes more than one voice, a much as we would like one to be enough. Ensure your friends and relatives call their representatives as well and voice their opinions and vote.

The Amash family - Christians - were routed out of the new Israeli state because they were not Jews. We're lucky to have them, but this should be a reminder of the violence and theft that surrounded the founding of modern Israel.
-
And who funded the displacement of Palestinians? Who still unconditionally supports their recurring and senseless tragic fate?? Why and for what purpose? Has it helped Israel evolve into the nation it once promised the world and its funders and supporters?
-
Is this meant ironically? Regardless, the U.S. provides significant aid to Israel.
-
Discounting all other private and public aid extended to Israel american tax payers contributed $134.7 billion in military aid to Israel-- $224,500 for each of its citizens, which amounts to $35,500 in outright cash to each of the 38million poor Americans https://fas.org/sgp/crs/mideast/RL33222.pdf …
-
I see the point you're making. But for what it's worth, $134.7 billion is about $400 per "poor" American.
-
Few zeros missing
-
There are about 330 million Americans. One billion dollars is therefore about three dollars per American. I'll let you take it from there.
-
One billion is a thousand million ( 9 zeros) multiplied by 137.4--poor Americans - who earn less than $11,000 a year are 38 mill (6 zeros)- all that said I am not matmatically inclined as you probably are

Beautiful. Do you support the president's border policy for similar families from the south who seek a better life here? Would you steal the babies and send the parents back? Your Caucus is deeply corrupt. Leave the GOP!
-
Name one case where the parents were sent back without the kids *when the parents wanted to take them*
-
Ask and you shall receive http://theintercept.com/2018/08/06/family-separation-deported-parents/ … Wake up now!!!
-
Can't seem to find anything about the Ordóñez case, but this in interesting: "some if not many of the 400-plus children separated from a parent who is no longer in the country come from families in which one parent remains, detained, in the U.S."
-
Some of the parents elected to let their children stay because they have relatives here. Some didn't understand that the kids would be kept here and yes some parents are still in detention but from what I see most are being released with ankle monitors.
-
"Some of the parents elected to let their children stay because they have relatives here." That firs well with my original statement.
