Just to clarify, Trump and the GOP Congress will never, ever do that and you know it, but good on you for speaking out.

Or the Democrats. Seems whenever we have bipartisanship it's for all the wrong things.

Both of you are absolutely correct. I think we all need a ayahuasca journey

The war for women’s rights has been going on far longer than Afghanistan. You believe the government has the right to control a woman’s body & you should not be in Congress.
-
How does he "believe the government has the right to control a woman’s body"?
-
Look it up
-
No, that's not how this works, provide evidence of your claim.
-
I agree. Back up your claim instead of coping out by saying "Look it up".

It should've ended many years ago. So, since you brought it up (& I'm glad someone in DC is at least willing to admit we're still in
#Afghanistan), what's it going to take to end it? Tweets won't do it. Vietnam War-style protests might, but public apathy precludes that.#AntiWar -
So, why the public apathy? One major reason is the
#Afghanistan war is not in our homes & living rooms as during Vietnam. The 3 major TV networks reported live & kept us up to date. Today we have many more news outlets, yet far less live war coverage & even less war discussion. -
Nah. War’s still going because there isn’t a draft anymore. Nobody’s afraid of being dragged off to war against his will. Executive wars can only be ended by an executive dedicated to ending undeclared executive wars. We need a
#WarParty. It has only one item on the platform. - 1 more reply

How many years have you been in Washington? Instead of tweeting about everything that's wrong why don't you get something accomplished? You sound as frustrated as the people u represent.
-
You haven’t checked his voting record and the bills he has introduced?
-
Freal...you do realize he’s only ONE Congressman out of hundreds, right?

When they announced this war I looked at my Wife and said "This will be this generation's Vietnam." I didn't expect it to be the next's as well. :(

What are Republicans doing? YOU control all THREE branches of government

You do realize that Amash is one of the few reps who vote against renewing the war? Both R’s and D’s vote for it; if the whole democratic senate had voted against authorization bills for military force then they wouldn’t pass but that didn’t happen. You’re an idiot.

libertarianism is as meaningless and impotent as the greens. Keep spitting in the wind with hollow rhetoric. He has no impact. At least try a new tactic Bring back the draft. Raise taxes to pay for war. Make much larger % of US population share sacrifice

Yes, accelerating impoverishment through greater overt taxation, to compliment the covert taxation of inflation, and the revival of conscription, slavery, will surely help the Citizenry...https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/CUUR0000SA0R …
