I agree with many of the broad things you say, but I have a very hard time figuring out what position it means you support.

"I agree with you when you say you're against tribalism, but I'm having a hard time figuring out which tribe you're in."
-
Also: "I like what you say, but I might not like it if you're not in my tribe"

Have you ever thought about becoming an independent?
-
The libertarian party would love to have him
-
Honestly, I’m a Democrat and know I disagree with Amash on most policy. However, I do appreciate he demonstrates principles and it’s obvious our two party system is broken.

Finish the sentence, please. Political discourse today is driven entirely by tribalism and bias and very little by principles and truth ON THE PART OF THE REPUBLICANS.
-
Thanks for proving his point LOL.
-
Dems want ‘regular order.’ GOP wants to upend the system regardless of the consequences.
-
Again, proving the point. "My team good, your team bad" = tribalism

I know, there were good people on both sides in Charlottesville...

Libertarians are inherently anti-racism, and always have been at the forefront of any equal rights movement, WAYYY out ahead of the pro-corporate, only-support-equality-once-it's-politically-convenient Democrats, so that comment makes zero sense.https://www.lp.org/news-press-releases-libertarian-party-four-decade-advocacy-for-marriage-equality-pays-off-with-us/ …

That may be however very few republicans are libertarian. Newt Gingrich made clear years ago he’d do anything to fight Dems on everything (which GOP has)- Obamacare is based on a study from conservative think tank. Libertarians should be pro-choice yet none are.
-
Official position of the Libertarian Party on abortion is the decision should be left to the individual and that government should be kept out. There are pro-choice and pro-life Libertarians - which doesn’t seem inconsistent if one holds the view that it’s up to the individual

I have a principle. That loud angry men who cannot maintain their composure should not be judges on the US Supreme Court. I don't care about anything but his performance yesterday. That alone shows he's not the right candidate. Pick someone else

I’m sure you’d be calm cool and collected if you were accused of gang rape in front of the entire world

Don’t both sides it. That’s a kind of lie too. That’s you watching a man reach over, punch the other guy repeatedly, beat him to a pulp, and saying, well this is ugly and out of control. That isn’t justice. This isn’t civilized.
-
We came to this place because men of bad character, which includes your colleagues, are allowed to lie, hide behind their anger, bigotry, ignorance, and entitlement to subvert the foundation of our democracy. You are letting that happen.

What is being held over Lindsey Graham's head?!?!? These men are completely compromised and EVERYONE knows it, yet you republicans continue to gaslight us. You and Walter Jones are about the only ones willing to say anything against trump....WHY??? Before they get to you, too.
