May we also remember the atrocities we have committed in the name of "freedom" and "security". We have committed many 911s all around the world.

-
We (under Clinton) perpetrated a 78 day long 9/11 on churches, monasteries, and schools in the former Yugoslavia. Many Serbs are still suffering the effects, 20 years later. Peace will never happen until the US govt take responsibility for and changes its own behavior.
-
W. Bush ordered the invasion of Iraq - on false pretenses, causing a decade long war, one million deaths and several million refugees.
-
Some estimates put the death toll in Iraq as high as 2.4 million. When you start to add in the generations and generations of babies born with lethal birth defects because of the US dumping depleted uranium on them (half-life of 4.5 billion years), it will be incalculably higher.pic.twitter.com/7t4FnInqy4

May the Most Holy Mother of God cover the American land! Memory Eternal! Remembering the innocent people who died as a result of the terrorist attack on 9/11.

Pray that congress repeals the Patriot Act and regain our freedoms, liberties and rights bestowed to us by the constitution. Not by govt.
#Respect4th -
Agree, but God bestowed us with our human rights. The U.S. Constitution protects them legally.

You've nailed it. The "official" 9-11 description is a total lie!

We don’t want prayers from Congress. We want action!

Prayers don’t work. People do!
-
Prayers don't hurt, ...so long a you remember this.
-
Prayers do hurt. The time and energy spent on worthless thoughts and prayers could be spent on actually helping people or doing things. The amount of money given to religion is astronomical. The hatred, oppression and violence committed in the name of the god you pray to, hurts.
-
No time is wasted praying. You can pray as you enter a war zone to help the wounded to give you courage, you can pray while lying in bed in a panic, to help you sleep. You can pause before eating to make yourself aware of what you have to be grateful for.
