This is your guy. This is who you voted for and you are part of “the government.” What is your plan to combat this administration’s blockheaded ideas? Besides brave tweeting....
-
I did not vote for him. I’m one member of Congress. I do my part by voting the right way, drafting appropriate legislation, and informing the public about current issues and policy debates.
-
Do you plan to draft legislation to protect us from this corrupt administration, Congressman?
-
I get that you’re angry about all of the social wrongs in society, messed up stuff going on, perpetrated by government. That said, I’m sure you’re well aware of all the human rights violations that occurred under D admins? The info is there if you care to read it.

“What aboutism” does not solve the problems that we are currently faced with today, does it? Are you simply scorekeeping and since issues were neglected in the past, it’s cool to ignore important issues today?
-
I praise for good, and condone for bad, doesn't matter if a D or R. Trump is a very abrasive person, and has done/said reproachful things, but not every single thing is terrible. I am only hoping that others judge every action separately and objectively for ALL politicians.
-
Seriously. Trump’s inability to condemn the violence last year in Charlottesville means that he is not equipped to govern. Just one example. It does negate any good thing his administration may have accomplished accidentally.
-
Lol. So in your mind, governing is just saying nice things. Your hatred of the man is hypocritical to the values you want to be known to hold.

By spying on a then presidential government, Obama’s government lost all credibility and ability to complain.

Backdoors to encryption just mean foreign nation-states will find them. Hopefully, leaking US Congress members’ personal information from these back doors they want will be an indicator of just how bad an idea this really is. It’s the only way I think they’ll listen.

Thank you for being on top of this. No offense, but the government thinking they should have access to everyone's personal business is crazy talk.

You should be working towards kicking Trump out of office. He just recently suggested that protesting should be outlawed.
-
isn’t that his 1st amendment right to say that? Last I checked, a suggestion isn’t a crime, and a president thankfully can’t change the Constitution alone. We also have a due process amendment. Wait until the report comes out, innocent til proven guilty, no matter their party.

Where is your bill, submitted to the Congress, to do exactly that?
