Aww. Super cute. Is there an app or site to let people know how you vote on things that have increased our debt? Maybe like the tax bill? How many times did you vote to repeal people’s healthcare?
-
Spending is what increases our debt, not a reduction of how much the government takes from us. But, you could at least have acknowledged that Justin isn't a party line dude, as the link shows.
-
Thanks. Justin is a yes vote when it matters to the party. There is no doubt about that. On issues where they have enough Dems to carry, he’s fine sticking with his conscience. Tell me how decreased revenues and increased spending won’t jack our national debt. Please.
-
Two wrongs don't make one right. You don't solve out debt problem by stealing more from people. And about the party, not really. His votes are always according to libertarian principles - you may disagree with them, but they aren't based on party affiliation.
-
I’ll stand by what I’ve said. When there’s enough room to wiggle, Justin votes his principles. When he’s needed, he falls right in line. Curious, you also in his district? I just moved over the border to MI2.
-
Oh. And you forgot to tell me how decreasing revenue, while increasing spending won’t increase our debt.
-
When have his votes not followed libertarian principles and instead followed party line? I honestly would like to see examples in case I'm wrong. On debt. I answered. Two wrongs don't make one right. The problem is spending. And Justin voted to decrease both taxes and spending.
-
Voting for the ACHA prior to the CBO report isn’t very libertarian. I use that example to support what I said before. They needed every vote to pass, and instead of saying “no” as he’s done many times before, he went with the party. Thanks for the good dialogue. Rare these days.
