This bill authorizes billions of dollars in spending on undeclared wars and wasteful programs, supports U.S. refueling of Saudi planes in the horrific Yemen war, and continues to condone the unconstitutional indefinite detention of Americans without charge or trial. I voted no.https://twitter.com/craigcaplan/status/1022524064886415361 …

We need more people like @justinamash in Washington. He's one of the few people there that I don't flat out despise.

Same! When the literal definition of politician is boiled down, I’m fairly certain he’s the only one who still resembles what our forefathers wanted for our leadership. He entertain partisanship, he voted with critical thinking and an actual knowledge of the laws of this country

I meant He doesn’t* entertain partisanship 🤦🏻‍♀️. Further, I disagree with him a lot, but it’s the type of disagreement that I can live with. It’s a fundamentally different approach to a common goal, which I think used to be the major division amongst parties.

Now politics are personal and emotional and strictly on party lines for no other reason than the win factor. @justinamash doesn’t get involved in any of that.

Where is the government getting $708.1 billion for non-Constitutional obligations? Has it paid down the $21 trillion debt yet? Has the Federal Reserve bank stopped inflating the money supply yet? The government must stop the spending, especially the non-productive spending!

As always, defense contractors get their money. Is anyone fiddling yet somewhere on a hill overlooking the city of D.C. We're going down like Rome, failing infrastructure, wealth grab by oligarchs and corporations, and military industry profits over people. Over it.

Both apply, but after reading Wikipedia on "hubris" I lean towards it more descriptive.
